Recorded consent and mandatory conversations
Advisory calls, consent recordings and disclosures – proven complete, real-time, with both parties present.
Why the recording is the weak point
Financial advice, insurance sales, energy and telecom contracts, clinical consent: regulators require the conversation to be recorded and kept. The recording is the only evidence that the disclosure was made and the customer agreed.
A recording that can be trimmed, re-cut or re-recorded later protects nobody. Today its integrity rests entirely on the recording party.

A regulated advisory call
Capture
The call is recorded in the adviser's system. The customer's own phone or app acts as witness to the recording – it was there, at that time.
Proof
The recording is proven as one continuous audio capture with a stated start and end, both parties present, qualified timestamp included.
Decision
Compliance files the recording with its proof. In a dispute, either party – or the regulator – verifies it offline. A trimmed copy does not verify.
What the proof establishes
- The recording is complete: no passage was removed or inserted.
- It was made at the stated time, in real time, not assembled afterwards.
- Both devices were present for the whole duration.
- It can be verified without the adviser's system.
Banks, insurers, energy and telecom providers, healthcare providers; compliance and legal departments.
Witnessed – the customer's device is the natural witness.
Bring one workflow. We bring the proof layer.
