Lending, collateral and equipment finance
Every capture has an amount next to it.
Why the recording is the weak point
Asset-based lending runs on photos: the machine exists, the stock is there, the vehicle is where it should be. Site visits are expensive, so lenders accept images – from the borrower.
A remote photo check is only worth as much as the certainty that the photo shows the asset, now, where the borrower says it is.

Releasing funds against collateral
Capture
The borrower photographs the financed equipment on request, in the lender's app.
Proof
The lender receives a proof of real capture at the level its policy requires. Higher amounts, higher level.
Decision
Funds are released against proof. A missing or downgraded proof triggers a visit – the exception, not the rule.
What the proof establishes
- The asset was physically in front of the camera at the stated moment.
- The capture was not staged from an old photo or a screen.
- The proof can be filed with the loan documents and verified years later.
Banks, leasing and equipment-finance companies, credit insurers.
Basic for periodic checks, Witnessed or Certified for disbursement.
