Bodycam, dashcam and remote inspection

Continuous video evidence – body-worn, in-vehicle, or live from a remote assessment. Complete and uncut.

The problem

Why the recording is the weak point

Video is the strongest evidence and the easiest to shorten. A body-worn camera, a dashcam or a live remote inspection is only worth what it shows – and what nobody can later cut out.

Security services, fleets, insurers and public bodies need recordings that a court accepts as whole, not as excerpts chosen by one side.

Scenario

Remote damage assessment by video

Capture

The customer streams the vehicle or property to the assessor from the app. The assessor's workstation acts as witness to the live capture.

Proof

The session is proven as a single continuous recording with a stated time window and both parties present. Nothing was pre-recorded or replaced.

Decision

The assessment is settled on a recording that cannot be shortened afterwards by either side. For bodycams and dashcams the same proof travels with every shift or trip.

What the proof establishes

The proof shows
  • The video is complete over its entire duration – a cut breaks the proof.
  • It was captured live at the stated time, not replayed.
  • The capturing device and the witness were present.
  • It can be checked offline, by either side and by the court.
Who decides and pays

Security and policing bodies, fleet operators, insurers, inspection and assessment providers.

Typical level

Witnessed for remote assessment and fleets; Certified for policing and regulated inspection.
