Field service and compliance evidence
Was somebody actually there? Inspections, readings and mandatory photo evidence.
Why the recording is the weak point
Lift inspections, fire-extinguisher checks, meter readings, agricultural area checks, ESG evidence for disposal and reforestation: all documented with photos, all reviewed by someone who was not there.
The inspection that was "done at the desk" is the failure mode every auditor knows. Mandatory photo evidence is already the rule in EU agricultural monitoring – and it is rarely verified.

Annual safety inspection
Capture
The technician photographs each item on the checklist. A fixed witness at the site – the building's own device – corroborates presence.
Proof
The report carries a proof per item: real equipment, real moment, technician on site.
Decision
The operator files a report that an auditor or regulator can verify independently. Missing proof is visible at a glance.
What the proof establishes
- The inspection took place at the site, at the stated time.
- The photographed item is the real one.
- The report is complete and unchanged.
Facility operators, inspection companies, public authorities, subsidy administrations, ESG auditors.
Basic for routine documentation, Witnessed where a fixed site witness exists.
- EU Common Agricultural Policy, area monitoring: geotagged photos are an accepted form of evidence for member states' checks.
Bring one workflow. We bring the proof layer.
